ENRather cool transformation of the neglected country house into cosy home for three families with fantastic attic bedrooms.
Majority of the original structure was retained including the roof girders and the fantastic stone walls in effort to preserve the authentic village living experience. However, the modern life requires a bit more comfort, therefore we have carefully combined the retained elements with new technologies in contemporary design and feel.
Both exterior and interior were kept intentionally purist in order not to clash with the strong stone façade visual.
The potential of the former property was harnessed to the fullest creating the perfect multi-generational family dwelling for a reasonable cost just a short drive from Prague.
