Yes, there are people among us, who still do not own not only the house or flat they live in but also not even a small cottage, which is truly unheard of in Czech parts.
Our client decided to buy such small cottage from the 1970s right in the middle of the famous vacation area of Ždáň and asked us to help him improve it. After careful consideration of pros and cons, we have decided to knock it down and replace it with a new and far better building. The result is a simple wooden house made in two by four module with terrace, balcony and large skylights in the attic.
Interior is a bit retro, bit modern but with easy maintanance and without a big fuss.
