Interesting work on the transformation of poorly maintained 1930s villa in the famous Ořechovka quarter, which was previously divided into several independent flats.

Right from the get-go, the client knew that the villa will again become one interconnected unit and searching the right layout together with the client was truly inspirational.

The dominant feature in the grandiose interior is a unique spiral staircase from ground to the first floor.

Grand floor layout is open to allow to spread the good mood from living room to kitchen, dining area or even terrace and garden.

While the first floor is reserved for quiet and calmness of bedrooms, busy home office occupies attic space and basement houses garage, technical areas and small priváte gym with sauna.
