ENTwo story maze of an attic in the classic residential building right next to Stromovka park with a beatiful terrace underwent extensive reconstruction after which it was transformed into a spacious and sunny flat.
A focal point of the whole layout is a living area with kitchen, dining and comfortable rating arrangement with fireplace. Large attic windows let in a lot of natural light. Master bedroom has both its own bathroom but also a large walk-in closet. Home office and guest bedroom have shared use of a terrace.
Top and bottom floors are connected with a staircase opening up to a gallery overlooking the living area.
Interior is designed in luxury continental decor with ethnic influences and lots of natural materials.
